That is good for India and especially China.
With a new rail line to Tibet and trade pouring through I guess the world will have to forget about Chinese aggression and conquest.
Tibetan Government in exile is probably not satisfied.
Free Tibet is boycotting the new railroad. I really do not see how that is going to effect anything.
Lhasa looks like Alamogordo, New Mexico to me.
